Part 1: Sensory Cooking & Dining with Chef Yuki
(Approx. 2 hrs cooking + 1 hr dining)

Step into Yuki’s signature world of sensory cooking, décor, and Japanese aesthetics while overlooking the Aberdeen Harbour from the Sea Suite at the Arca.

Part 2: Kokoro Zen Wellness Journey with Mei & Alice

● 20-minute yoga stretch — led by Mei, gentle and beginner-friendly to aid digestion and release tension.
● Immersive sound bath — guided by Mei with her exclusive instrument wave, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.
● Guided journaling & closing circle — hosted by Alice, to anchor insights and carry the spirit of Kokoro forward.

A professional photographer will capture your cooking journey (except the final Sunday session).

By registering for the Kokoro Wellness Retreat (“Retreat”), hosted by Beans Retreat in collaboration with Yuki’s Table and partners (collectively the “Organizers”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation in Activities
The Retreat may include but is not limited to yoga, wellness practices, sound healing, journaling, cooking and dining, workshops, and related activities (the “Activities”). By participating, you confirm that you are in adequate physical and mental health to engage in these Activities.

2. Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may arise as a result of participating in the Retreat. You acknowledge that the Organizers are not medical professionals, and it is your responsibility to consult with a physician regarding your ability to safely participate.

3. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to attend the Retreat, you knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim (“Claim”) you may have against the Organizers, their owners, instructors, staff, contractors, and affiliates (each a “Released Party”) arising out of or related to participation in the Activities, including any Claims caused by negligence of a Released Party. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless each Released Party from any liability, loss, or cost incurred in defending any Claim brought by you or on your behalf.

4. Food & Dietary Restrictions
Chef Yuki’s sensory cooking menu is fixed and cannot be altered. The Retreat is not suitable for participants with food allergies or dietary restrictions. By signing up, you acknowledge this condition and accept full responsibility for your dietary choices.

5. Photography & Media Release
The Retreat may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice by the Organizers, unless you provide written notice in advance of the Retreat.

6. Non-Refundable Policy
Retreat bookings are non-refundable but are transferable. Should you be unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant by notifying the Organizers at hello@beans-wellness.com at least 48 hours prior to the start of your session.

7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
