Shipping policy

Delivery

We only deliver within the Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands and remote areas). Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations or partially, please place your order separately.

Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.

Delivery Charges:

  • Delivery service can be arranged with an additional charge per weight order.
  • Yulan Group reserves the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.

Collect in Store

You may choose to pick-up your order(s) at the Arca/ the Figo.

  • the Arca: 43 Heung Yip Rd, Wong Chuk Hang
  • the Figo: Hollywood Centre, 77-91 Queen's Rd W, Sheung Wan(Currently Unavailable) 

 

Please allow 3 to 5 days for order processing. Customers will be notified via email or by telephone when the order is ready for collection.

 

Delivery and Pick-up Hours of the Arca/ the Figo:

Monday to Sunday & Public Holiday :  11:00 am – 8:00 pm

 

  • Full payment is required upon ordering to guarantee orders.
  • The order cannot be refunded nor replaced once payment is confirmed.
  • In the event of supply difficulties, Yulan Group serves the right to substitute goods, basket or packaging of equal quality and value.
