Guests are welcomed with a signature scent experience — a curated aromatic blend designed to signal the nervous system that it is safe to slow down. Phones are set aside. A brief grounding exercise invites each participant to arrive fully in the space, leaving the week’s noise at the door.

Before the first bite, Connie opens with a grounding question: “What is inflammation — and why does it quietly run your life?” She highlights key symptoms and habits behind it, then introduces the anti-inflammatory menu, linking each dish to its benefits.
12:15 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. · Anti-Inflammatory Feast + Table Conversations (1 hour)
A vibrant, nourishing anti-inflammatory lunch designed for both flavour and function. As guests dine, Connie connects with each table, offering personalised insights to make the experience relevant and tailored.
1:15 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. · Nutrition Intelligence · with Connie (30 min)
Drawing on the conversations from lunch, Connie leads a practical workshop on 5 anti-inflammatory ingredients you can easily add to daily life. She covers how they work, how to pair them, and simple ways to use them — ending with a go-to framework for creating your own anti-inflammatory plate anywhere.
1:45 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. · Emotional & Aroma Flow · with Ivana (45 min)
Ivana leads a focused aromatherapy session using chakra-aligned oils and acupoint techniques to release built-up stress and reset the nervous system, restoring balance before the sound healing.
2:30 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. · Sound Bath Resonance · with Vivian (45 min)
Vivian leads an immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls, guiding participants into Alpha and Theta brainwave states. The low-frequency vibrations work at a cellular level — releasing muscular tension, quieting the nervous system, and creating the conditions for genuine rest and self-repair.
3:15 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. · Integration & Close (15 min)
