Heike Chau will lead an outdoor barre session on Arca Society's terrace. Barre classes are great for those looking for a low-impact workout which will still strengthen and tone. As a bonus, you can feel like a graceful ballerina while you train!
Full-time lawyer by day, fitness instructor by night, Heike knows just the balance her students need to train right but still leave class feeling refreshed.

12:30 p.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Relax and lunch after a good training session with Arca Society's All-day Set. We'll show you how food can be nutritious and tasty at the same time!

2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Learn the art of incense making from experts. In this hands-on workshop, you will select natural materials, blend inspired scents from Liquides Imaginaires' Imaginarium collection, and craft your own cone and stamped incense to take home.

This is one time where you'll smell like flowers even after a good workout.
