Terms & Conditions
- All redemption bookings are subject to restaurant availability. Two days advance reservations are required.
- All dining vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
- Each dining voucher can only be used once.
- No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honored upon order confirmation.
- Only one dining voucher can be applied per table per bill.
- Dining vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
- Dining vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash and the balance of a partial redemption cannot be reimbursed or credited in any form.
- E-vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
- Any additional cost of food and beverage orders exceeding the e-voucher’s value will be at customer’s own expense and shall be settled directly to the restaurant at the time of dining.
- Yulan Group reserves the right to terminate or change the details of the offer without prior notice and final discretion in case of any dispute.

- 電子禮券不可兌換為現金，如有任何餘額不能以任何形式兌換。
- 如電子禮券丟失、被盜或損壞時不可更換。
- 任何超出電子禮券價值的餐飲消費將由顧客自費承擔，並應在用餐時直接於餐廳結帳。
- 如有任何爭議，雅格酒店保留最終決定權。
