• A confirmation email will be sent to you after the successful voucher redemption.
• This voucher is valid for 3 months from the issue date. Black-out date apply on 31 Mar, 1, 6-9, 28-30 Apr, 1 May 2023.
• This voucher is valid for one (1) time use only within its stipulated validity period and subject to hotel availability.
• Please contact us for room reservation via bookings@thearca.com or phone at  +852 38988700 and quote a valid order number on eShop order confirmation email to redeem the complimentary one night stay. Three days advance reservations are required.
• Failure to present the eShop order confirmation upon check in will result in the prevailing room rate at the time of check-in charged.
• All redemption bookings are subject to room availability.
• Once reservation made, the reservation cannot be cancelled nor modified.
• Complimentary one night stay is based on accommodation in a Sea signature Room for a maximum of two (2) adults and includes room rate, service charge and tax.
• All other costs including gratuities or incidental charges that are not specified herein as being provided shall be your sole responsibility.
• This voucher is non-transferrable and not exchangeable for cash or in kind and not applicable in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts or privileges.
• Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
• the Arca reserves the right to terminate or change the details of the offer without prior notice and final discretion in case of any dispute.
