The amount paid online will be used towards your final bill and the remaining amount can be settled at the conclusion of your dining event.

Booking Terms & Conditions
- All guests are required to comply with the gazettal of the social distancing measures issued by the Hong Kong Government at the time of the dining reservation
- Seating time is limited to 90 mins for lunch and 120 mins for dinner
- No outside food and beverage is permitted in the restaurant, unless approved by the restaurant management
- A corkage fee of HK$200 per bottle applies
- Some food menu items may be substituted due to item availability without prior notice at Arca Society’s discretion
- All outdoor events will automatically cease during inclement weather conditions when Thunderstorm, Rainstorm or Typhoon warnings is hoisted
- In the event of inclement weather conditions such as Black Rainstorm or Typhoon 8 warnings, your dining reservations may be cancelled without charge

- 客人均須遵守香港政府發布的社交距離措施。
- 午市用餐時間為90分鐘, 晚餐為120分鐘。
- 除非得到餐廳管理層批准，否則餐廳內不得攜帶任何外來食物和飲料。
- 開瓶費為每瓶港幣$200 。
- Arca Society 食物菜單項目有任何更改，恕不另行通知
- 當雷雨、暴雨或颱風警告發出時，所有戶外活動將會暫停。
- 於黑色暴雨或 8 號強風信號等惡劣天氣情況下，用餐預訂可能會被取消，及後會安排改期或退款 。
Payment Terms & Conditions:
- This booking deposit link is for Arca Society and is only applicable for dining group or party of 10 person or above
- All orders are subject to payment confirmation and availability
- For any cancellation or amendment to your restaurant booking, advance notice of 48 hours is required
- Credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days for eligible booking refunds and will only be made via the same payment method used to make the deposit payment
付款條款及細則
- 此訂金連結只適用於 Arca Society，及10 人或以上的訂座。
- 所有訂單均以付款確認為準。
- 於預訂需要取消任何修改，需提前 48 小時通知。
- 如符合預訂退款要求，信用卡退款會不多於14 個工作日進行，並只會於支付訂金的相同付款方式進行退款。
