Our executive chef and his team of culinary experts have crafted an exquisite three-course menu that promises to delight. Begin your culinary journey with a choice of starter: enjoy the sea-trout escabeche, featuring pickled beetroot, micro greens, and a refreshing yuzu-shiso ranch dressing, or savor the creamy pumpkin and parsnip soup, a comforting beginning to your festive meal.

For the main course, choose from a selection of decadent entrees. Indulge in the roasted chicken breast supreme glazed with citron honey, accompanied by baked spiced cauliflower, new potatoes, and a rich porcini gravy. Alternatively, opt for the grilled Australian Wagyu M6 zabuton, served with roasted carrots, cumin potato purée, and caramelized onion gravy. Seafood lovers will relish the pan-fried halibut, paired with pea mash, grilled celtuce, and a shallot-fennel cream sauce. You may also choose the baked pork belly, featuring grilled broccolini, crispy kale, and a flavorful apple-red wine reduction.
