Our executive chef and his team of culinary experts have designed an exquisite four-course menu that promises to delight. Begin your culinary journey with a starter of Norwegian Salmon Escabeche, featuring pickled beetroot, micro greens, salmon roe, and a refreshing yuzu-shiso ranch dressing.

Next, savor a creamy pumpkin and parsnip soup, elegantly paired with delicate pumpkin ravioli and topped with a hint of cinnamon foam, setting the stage for the main course.

For the main event, choose from a selection of decadent entrees. Experience the succulent roasted French yellow chicken, served alongside sautéed celtuce with garlic emulsion, cumin potatoes, and a rich citron honey gravy. Alternatively, opt for the grilled Australian Wagyu M9 beef petite tender, accompanied by roasted heritage carrots, smoked potato purée which is blended with potato skin, caramelized pearl onion, and a tangy tangerine reduction. Seafood lovers will enjoy the pan-fried kanpachi, paired with roasted cauliflower adorned with urchin paste, caviar, and a fragrant Sichuan pepper-saffron-dill oil, finished with a drizzle of Huangjiu sauce. You may also opt for the Roasted Iberico Pork Belly, featuring grilled broccolini, homemade pickled cranberry, crispy shiso, and a green apple and scallion aioli. For a delightful vegetarian option, try the winter truffle and morel mushroom puff, featuring a creamy chestnut filling and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano foam.
