To complete your dining experience, guests can select one main course from our selection of Grilled US Beef Sirloin, Pan-fried Barramundi Fillet with Tiger Prawn, Chicken Breast Piccata, or a Vegetarian Mushroom Linguine. Grilled US Beef Sirloin is a perfect choice for those who appreciate the taste of quality beef. It is grilled to perfection, and companied with warm truffle potato & egg salad and mandarin balsamic reduction to bring it to another level. Pan-fried Barramundi Fillet with Tiger Prawn is expertly prepared for seafood lovers. The barramundi fillet is sourced from the freshest catch of the day, together with the tender and juicy tiger prawn that brings you a delicious and satisfying meal. Chicken Breast Piccata is the classic Italian dish made with the finest ingredients. Lightly breaded chicken breast and pan-fried to golden brown, then topped with the homemade Lime-Champagne sauce. It would deliver an authentic and delicious flavour to you. Mushroom Linguine features a delectable blend of fresh mushrooms and al dente linguine.
